Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. We'll email or call you once your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

U.S. Standard Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on order subtotal:

Orders: $0 – $49.99 Shipping Cost: $7.95
Orders: $50 – $99.99 Shipping Cost: $9.95
Orders: $100 – $199.99 Shipping Cost: $12.95
Orders: $200 and up Shipping Cost: $16.95
Orders over $350.00: FREE
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order ships.
Rates apply to standard-sized items such as clothing, accessories, and most handbags. Oversized or high-value items may require an adjusted shipping rate; we will contact you directly if this applies to your order.
Processing Time
Since each item in our shop is a unique, one-of-a-kind consignment piece, orders are hand-packed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or Mondays (when our store is closed) will begin processing the next business day we're open.
Shipping Delays
Bella River Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help track it down.
