Consign With Us

Thank you for your interest in consigning with Bella River Boutique. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you and value every item entrusted to our care. Please review the following consignment guidelines before dropping off items.

Not accepting business suits & shoes that are not "like new" at this time.

How it Works

1. Item Drop Off

Consignment items may be dropped off anytime during our regular business hours. Items are not reviewed or processed at the time of drop-off. Processing may take up to 48 hours, depending on volume. If it is your first time selling you will need to sign a consignor agreement.

  • A maximum of 15 items per drop-off is accepted.

  • You can call and schedule an appointment to bring your items in.

  • In the event of a family member passing, call us to schedule an on site appointment.

2. Items Not Accepted

Any items that do not meet our current standards or needs will need to be picked up after 5 days or items will be donated.

3. Consignment Period

Items are typically consigned for a 90 day period. After this timeframe, unsold items may be:

  • Re-consigned

  • Discounted

  • Donated

All decisions regarding unsold items are made at the discretion of Bella River Boutique.

If your account has a balance, you may:​

  • Request a check

Checks may be picked up in-store or mailed for a small process fee.

Consignment sales are split 50/50 within 30 days

​

Consignment sales after 30 days are split

40% paid to the consignor

60% retained by Bella River Boutique

What Are We Looking For

Items must be:

  • New with tags, like new or gently worn.

  • Clean, well cared for, and free of stains, odors or excessive wear.

  • Bring items folded or on hangers- ready to be displayed on the floor.

Vintage or specialty pieces may be considered on a case- by- case basis.
